Direct Billing
Great News!
We are now set up for direct billing for massage therapy treatments to most insurance companies.
This means if you have insurance coverage we can bill your insurance company directly for payment, and you only have to pay the small portion (if any) that is not covered! Less out of pocket money for massage therapy treatments is awesome!!
PLEASE NOTE: Everyone’s insurance policy is different. In some cases, your provider does not pay the clinic directly. In this case, we can process your claim for you, but you will be asked to pay for your treatment in full. You will then receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
Ensure you have a doctor’s note if you require one.

When submitting a claim, the system will immediately provide us the exact amount that your benefit plan will cover for that specific treatment. You will need to pay the remaining portion of the total fee in cases where your benefit plan does not cover a 100% of the cost.
If the insurance company is unable to provide us an immediate amount and confirmation, we would request full payment for service offered
We are unable to guarantee approval of claims with every client and at every appointment due to issues with individuals benefit plan, their balance, problems with the submission portal, or in cases where direct billing is not approved by an insurance company. Please refer to the list of insurance companies eligible for this service.
